No. iKOR is derived from industrial hemp and is thus legally available to anyone in the United States.
Federal law allows for the cultivation, processing and marketing of hemp and hemp products, which would include cannabinoids. Passed by Congress and signed into law by the President in 2014, the Farm Bill (Agricultural Act of 2014) permits the growth and cultivation of industrial hemp in states where hemp is legal to grow. This legislation, coupled with our status as a commercial industrial hemp registrant with the Colorado Department of Agriculture, allows for iKOR to operate in accordance with Federal law.
